By submitting the Pre‑Strategy Call and Post‑Strategy Call forms, you agree to engage Make it Convert for landing‑page and funnel‑building and optimization services. This may include, but is not limited to, funnel design & strategy, landing‑page creation, copywriting, email automation setup, conversion‑rate optimization, and any related services we mutually agree upon.

The Strategy Call is a complimentary consultation aimed at understanding your business needs, objectives, and challenges. This session does not obligate either party to proceed with paid services while people who booked a call can immediately get a funnel and landing page audit as a bonus within 24 hours from booking a strategy call.

You can choose the pricing based on the packages presented in the landing page: 7D Web Launch - $497 and Custom Design - $997, which is also answered in the form booking a call.

Once we agree on the scope and deliverables on the strategy call, you will receive a written proposal outlining pricing and payment terms and an initial deposit (or full payment) may be required before work begins, as specified in that proposal.

You agree to provide Make it Convert with all necessary business information, brand assets, and system access (e.g., Systemeio account credentials, website backend login, domain (DNS) record area) in a timely manner to enable us to perform our services effectively.

Feedback for design and launch phase will be done within 24 hours so the project can go smoothly. Failure to do so will lead the designer/strategist to comprehend such action as signal in proceeding to the next phase without the feedback.

We aim to deliver high‑quality work within the timeline we agree upon.

Any delays on your end - such as late feedback, missing assets, or technical hurdles—may impact the project schedule and require a revised timeline.

Any delays on our end - such as failure to deliver within each individual time-frame will grant the client additional free revision without additional extension days to do the revision.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information, business strategies, or other sensitive data shared during our collaboration.

Client credentials must be treated with utmost by the designer/strategist (e.g. passwords, emails and usernames for login).

After project delivery, you (client) will have the full authority and ownership of the design assets that is delivered by the designer/strategist.

If designer/strategist wants to share assets such as video recordings, design mockups and links to the outputs (e.g. landing page mockups and links), you(client) and him/her must agree based on your terms first either via written contract or via messaging apps (e.g. facebook messenger, gmail, linkedin, etc.) before he/she can share those data or information.

Our proposals include a defined number of revision rounds for design, copy, and automation. Additional revisions outside that scope may incur extra fees at our standard hourly or project rates or additional extension days as agreed by both parties.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time by providing written notice. In the event of early termination, any payments already made are non‑refundable, but you will have the right to receive all the work completed up to the termination date.

Make it Convert is not liable for any business losses, revenue shortfalls, or legal claims arising from the use of funnels, landing pages, or strategies we develop. While we strive for optimal results, actual outcomes depend on many external factors beyond our control.

By proceeding with your Strategy Calls and submitting the required forms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. A formal Service Agreement reflecting these terms will be provided for signature before any paid work begins.
